Oura doesn't sell your data and explicitly keeps health data away from advertisers, though they do share website usage data with ad partners and your data can flow to third parties via the Oura Platform.

Oura gives you a solid set of controls — you can access, export, correct, and delete your data — though accepting a policy update is as simple as continuing to use the app.
